Robby Knight
Co-Founder and CEO
Robby is a former two-sport college athlete that started his career as a social worker serving communities in the mental health and substance abuse spaces before spending almost a decade building new healthcare ventures at Walmart, most recently leading the healthcare product development and consumer health innovation groups there. Robby and his wife live Bentonville, AR with their two boys (5 month old and a 3 year old).
He holds BSW, MBA, and MS in MIS degrees from the University of Alabama and an MS in Social Work from Columbia University.

Daryl Risinger
Co-Founder, President and Chief Growth Officer
A serial brand builder, Daryl has long recognized the health care industry as ideal for engineering disruptive strategies in the development of successful products, services and organizations.
His nearly 25 years of health care marketing expertise has included Fortune 100 and start-up organizations within the pharmaceutical, medical device, hospital and outpatient services industries. What has been most consistent throughout his career is an innate ability to understand market needs, identify existing gaps and build the teams required to deliver market-leading solutions.

Chris Brown
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Chris is an experienced technology executive with extensive experience as a CTO in both healthcare and fintech industries.
His technical accomplishments include technology stack modernization, architecting solutions to position organizations for future growth while leading teams focused on high-priority, high-impact projects. He built and led teams at Rally Health, Aurora Investment Management and Backstop Solutions Group.
He is a summa cum laude graduate of Bradley University and a National Merit Scholar.

Jared Dauman
Co-Founder and Head of Operations
Fascinated with solving complex business problems, Jared was drawn to an eCommerce revenue cycle management startup at the beginning of his career.
Later, on Walmart's eCommerce team, he managed merchandising P&Ls within health and wellness. He sought out new business ventures for the category and as the directed spend program grew, Jared played an integral role in platform requirements, product strategy and day-to-day operations. During that time, he garnered strong relationships with healthcare payers and developed innovative ways to service their needs through fintech solutions.
Jared has a Bachelor of Science business administration and entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis.

Julie Fleischer
Senior Vice President, Marketing
Julie is an award-winning data-driven marketing leader with over 20 years of experience across customer acquisition, retention, insights, media, and marketing. Prior to Soda Health, Julie was Chief Marketing and Growth Officer of Encantos, a global creator platform connecting storyteachers with kids. Under her leadership, Encantos was named one of the top six edtech startups to watch by The Information, one of the top 100 startups in 2020 by Business Insider and to Fast Company’s prestigious annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2021. She was instrumental in developing and launching the Encantos brand, defining and architecting the company’s storyteaching platform, standing up a data-driven growth organization, and successful fundraising efforts. She tripled company revenues in her first year.
Julie has deep experience in health and wellness as well as fast moving consumer products. At Weight Watchers, she was SVP, Global Customer Intelligence, responsible for developing actionable business intelligence, customer experience excellence, and marketing accountability. She built daily data-driven intelligence reporting to better protect revenues and foster business transformation during COVID-19, shaping strategy, content, offer, and the service model. She challenged the organization to act data-first, building business intelligence tools to optimize offering and recruit higher Lifetime Value members and retooled the marketing capability with enhanced data capabilities to fuel segmentation, targeting, and messaging. At Kraft Foods, Julie was the Senior Director, of Data + Media + Content, driving the company's digital transformation. She developed a bespoke data-driven infrastructure uniting media with direct channels, preferred partners, and advanced analytics to create proprietary 360 consumer understanding. She ran the company's CRM platform, delivering personalized content to millions of consumers on the website, email, social, mobile, and print platforms, and leveraged this engagement data to create business intelligence, shopper marketing programming, audience creation, proprietary research programs, and improve the Kraft's return on marketing investment.
Julie is a decorated marketer, having been named by Forbes as a Top Entrepreneurial CMO, Adweek Sustainability Star, Content Marketer of the Year, and one of 50 women to know in Martech. She endeavors to develop the next generation of women in marketing and media as an Executive Board Member of the She Runs It Board of Directors. She is a strategic Advisor to JUV Consulting, which specializes in marketing to Gen Z, helping to coach their executive team and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. She is also a Strategic Advisor to Salient MG, a B2B MarTech consultancy.
Julie earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She is excited to grow Soda Health and to transform access for millions of Americans, eliminating the health inequities that arise from social determinants of health.

Ariane Grazian
Vice President, Strategy & Partnerships
Ariane never backs down from a challenge and brings deep experience in transforming large-scale, bold ideas into scalable, viable strategies and products.
She began her career with Deloitte as a strategy and operations consultant prior to joining Walmart in 2014. During her time with Walmart Ariane served as a productively disruptive leader who delivered many “world firsts” for the world’s largest retailer. In her most recent role as Director of Product Development & Health Plan Partnerships, Ariane supported the financial viability of Walmart’s healthcare business by forging relationships with the country’s largest health plans and translating their challenges into new product offerings such as clinical gaps closure and engagement support, social determinants of health solutions, and innovative insurance products.
Ariane has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from The George Washington University.

Matt Miner
Vice President, Engineering
Matt is a systems thinker with an engineering background. He applies that mindset to organizational leadership to convert ideas into results.
He began his career in consulting for Emmis Interactive and Sogeti USA where he worked with ASP.net, SQL and AJAX. Most recently Matt served as director of engineering at Rally Health. He formed and chaired the Live Site Champions community of practice, founded the quarterly technology capability plan to manage life cycles and transformed error prone infrastructure to 99.99% uptime. Matt often says, "Ideas are easy, results are hard work."
He has a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Purdue.

Andrea Okoro
Head of Legal & Compliance
Andrea is an experienced healthcare attorney with a background in supporting compliant growth and commercial expansion with startups. Andrea spent several years as a private practice attorney at McDermott Will & Emery advising clients on a broad spectrum of healthcare topics and transactions. In her prior role as Product Counsel at Cleo, a startup in the health tech space, she aided in the legal maturation of their product offerings, marketing strategy, and contracting process.
Her professional accomplishments include being recognized by the National Black Lawyers Top 100, as a Top 40 Under 40, African American attorney in Massachusetts in both 2020 and 2021. Andrea is a Charter Member of TechGC and a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an accompanying minor in Public Health from the University of Arizona, as well as a Juris Doctorate, concentration in Health Law, from Boston University School of Law.
